At Malbusaat, we aim to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favourite outfits. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control.

Returns:

Unfortunately, we do not currently free returns. When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting them back to us at our London warehouse address. while filling out the return form, you can select if you would like us to send you a return label (the cost of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund), alternatively, you can post back the products by yourself to get the full refund.

We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Refunds:

We operate a 14 day returns policy (including bank holidays and weekends). You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and you then have a further 7 days to send the items back to us.

The 14-days period starts from the day delivery was made to your nominated delivery address.

Items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition with all security ribbons/labels attached.

Please check the size chart very carefully before making a purchase. If you have ordered the wrong size by mistake, Malbusaat will not be responsible and won’t issue a refund.

 

Important Note:

We offer 14-days returns to orders from the UK only.

We regret to inform you that currently, No other country is eligible for returns or refunds unless you received a faulty, damaged, or different color, size, or entirely different dress. 

If you receive a damaged/faulty/different dress than the one you ordered, please contact us through our email info@malbusaat.co.uk immediately within 7 days with the proof of delivery (images of the dress) and we will get back to you with the solutions. 

If you contact us after 7 days of receiving the parcel, you may not get a full refund.
