At Malbusaat, we aim to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favourite outfits. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control.

There's no return label in my package, How do I return?
You can use our return portal to make a return request. Once we approve your request, and after receiving the items back to our warehouse. Refund will be issued to you.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days to make a return. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.
Do I have to pay for returning the items? (UK)
We do not offer free returns at the moment. In the return portal, you can choose either;
1- Malbusaat will email you the return label. (£3.99 will be deducted from your total refund)
2. You can post the item back by yourself to our warehouse and we will issue 100% full refund.
* we ask customers to buy tracked(recorded) delivery when buying the postage service. If item lost during shipping and tracking don't shows that item is delivered, Malbusaat will not take liability and possible we will not issue any refund.
For International returns (outside UK) you will need to pay for your return, you will need to get your returns label by yourself. Please use the return portal to make a return request and once we approve the return, we will send you our warehouse address and then you can post back the item. Any handwritten address labels will cause delays with your refund and may mean you need to pay import VAT and a customs duty charge. Using your own method of return, refunds will only be processed once the items have arrived to our warehouse. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier. You may be liable for import VAT (normally applied to goods over £15) and pay a custom duty charge (if your order value is over £135).
Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
I have received a faulty or incorrect item, would there be a charge to return?
If you receive a damaged/faulty/different dress than the one you ordered, please contact us through our firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days with the proof of delivery (images of the dress) and we will get back to you with the solutions.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SIZES ARE BIT SMALLER TO THE ACTUAL UK SIZE< WE STRICTLY TELL OUR CUSTOMERS TO SEE OUR SIZE CHART BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE. if you ordered wrong size, we won't be able to offer you free return facility.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. Final sales items and free gifts can't be returned.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Your initial return request will be processed within 10 business days.
After we approve your request, we will email you with our warehouse address and you can send the item back to us.
Once we receive your returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.
A typical refund will take up to 14 days + your banks handling time.
We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
