Delivery

What are your order processing times?

Our current processing times for all orders are between 4-7 Days excluding weekends.

Delivery Times & International Shipping

Delivery times to the UK: within 2 weeks

All other countries: within 3 weeks.

Express Shipping: Currently Not Offered.

 

Yes, we do ship all over the world with free shipping. However African & Asian countries will have a delivery charge and If you are ordering from those countries, please contact us before making a purchase.

Returns

Can I Return the Item after receiving?

We offer 14-days return policy.

Can I cancel the order I just placed?

If you think you have made a mistake while placing an order with the size, colour, quantity, or you have simply changed your mind, Yes you can contact us immediately within 8-12 hours of purchase. 
Items that are ready-to-ship(processed) or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

What if I have received faulty or damaged product?

If you receive a damaged/faulty/different dress than the one you ordered, please contact us through our email info@malbusaat.co.uk immediately within 5 days with the proof of delivery (images of the dress) and we will get back to you with the solutions.

What payment options do you have?

We accept all major credit/debit cards including American Express cards. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay for fast express checkouts.

Are my details are safe with Malbusaat?

Yes, we have a strict policy and all of our payments are safe and secure SSL encrypted. We cannot see your card/bank/account details because of the strict encryptions we offer for our loyal customers. 

How do I redeem a Voucher/Coupon or Gift Card Code?

You can simply use the Gift Card amount or Voucher code amount during the checkout process and it will reflect in your order total. You can always review the details before making a purchase.

Do I need an account to place the order?

Although you can order as a guest, having an account will enhance your shopping experience by keeping you up to date with newsletters, storing your billing/shipping information, and ensuring faster checkouts.

What if I forgot my password?

You can simply click on My Account/Login and there you can click on forget password and follow the instruction on your email. From there you will be able to retrieve your account.
